Christmas Camp Cookies Recipes

Our Christmas Camp 2018 was held 7-9 December 2018 at Wisma Agape with the theme of "Season of Love". The Camp organisers are YL Grace Cheong and YL Emerald Ho.

Here are the recipes researched by Grace which she tried one round at home and convinced the officers that they are good recipes. I was concerned on the high amount of sugar content but the verdict by campers were good.

Soft Christmas Cut Out Sugar Cookies
Comments :- They are thin, crisp and dusted with icing sugar or can eat plain as it is. I was very surprised that one recipe could yield 80 thin cookies !
 Flourless Choc Cookies
Comments :- My first reading of this recipe makes me worried about the high sugar content. Yes sure, minus the flour but double or triple the sugar, gluten-free but you may catch the diabetic! What is the point. Well, the point is those chocolate lover like Jovie actually said this recipe is good. I reckon the sugar is to be cut 50%. Need to work on this recipe a bit to get the best results.

Snowball Cookies
They look so much like Kuih Makmur but these are harder and much easier to make.

Christmas Devotion for GB Christmas Party 2016

I was very honoured to be invited as speaker for the Christmas Party 2016, the theme was Season of Giving. I have been thinking and preparing what to share, first, I was thinking to share on "The Twelve Days of Christmas" and what it means to us. I got the materials ready. But few days before the party, I knew the total number is 70 and majority were going to under 12 years old, then I knew a new plan. So this was my little devotion that I shared on 18 Dec 2016.
